Hidden Currents
A water index I built that measures how much AI data centers strain local water supplies, scored across 53 facilities around the world.
Builder. Researcher. Student Board Trustee.
Emerald High School · Dublin, CA · Class of 2027
Student Board Trustee
Dublin Unified School District
One of the few student voices in the room when the district actually makes policy. I represent 13,000 students across DUSD, and it's not a ceremonial seat. I'm in the budget discussions, the curriculum decisions, and the parts where the administration has to answer for things.
VP of Chapter Management, President's Council
DECA Inc.
Appointed to the national DECA President's Council. I run chapter management for Emerald High's chapter, which covers how it's structured, its membership, and our strategy for competitions.
Founder & President, CS Club
Emerald High School
I started the school's CS club from nothing. I built the program, recruited the members, and run it. The whole point is building real projects instead of only prepping for competitions.
Youth Advisory Committee Member
City of Dublin, CA
I advise the City of Dublin on issues that affect young residents. The point is to connect city government with the students who actually live with its decisions.
Chapter President
DECA at Emerald High
Led the EHS DECA chapter through its competitive season. I ran operations, coached members for DECA competitions, and grew how many people took part.
Lead High School Intern, Mayoral Campaign
Dublin Mayor Student Internship
Lead high school intern on the winning mayoral campaign. I worked directly on public policy, outreach strategy, and talking with constituents. It was the real work, not getting coffee.
TUPE Peer Educator
Tobacco Use Prevention Education
Peer educator for tobacco prevention at EHS. Two years of showing up, talking to students honestly, and trying to make public health actually feel relevant to them.
Finishing the Emerald Echo semester simulator. Got the Claude API working, now I'm debugging some edge cases in how it calculates load in the schedule modeler.
Submitted the PSWI paper for conference consideration. Now I'm writing up the policy proposal as its own short brief so it makes sense in a DUSD board context.
Drift: the scraper is running on a GitHub Actions cron and Resend is hooked up. First digest actually went out.
Published Thirsty Compute Atlas to GitHub. Open pipeline, numbers you can reproduce, full sensitivity analysis. Anyone can re-run the whole thing.
Started the CNN/Alzheimer's research. Reading through the existing models and working through the imaging datasets. Still early.
I'm open to research collaborations, policy conversations, and projects that bring tech and public policy together. If anything here caught your attention, just reach out.
